The operation and maintenance solutions for hydropower stations:

1. היקף השירות:

A.Provide the technical and safety management for personnel and equipment;
B.Conduct the routine maintenance and major repairs of power station electromechanical equipment, metal structures, hydraulic equipment and facilities; clean the production site, green the plant, manage the water and electricity supply and heating the canteen, the apartment and other related work in the living area;
C.Realize 24-hour uninterrupted monitoring and service, and upgrade the automation system software for free;
D.In order to obtain a high water level operation and efficient output, establish a rain and water regime system in the power station basin, to scientifically and rationally start and stop the unit;
E.Conduct regular visits and inspections by the expert team, and promptly proposes equipment maintenance, upgrading, and replacement plans.

A.Three (3) Power Stations in Sierra Leone
HNAC has provided technical training and maintenance and overhaul services for electro-mechanical equipment, metal structure, and power transmission lines for 8 turbine-generator sets in these 3 power stations with a total capacity of 4320kW.

B.Three (3) Power Stations in Dalong Reservoir, Sanya City, Hainan Province

From August 2019, HNAC has provided comprehensive operation services for these 3 hydropower stations installed with 8 turbine-generator sets, including power generation, routine inspection, equipment maintenance, water supply adjustment, etc., and realized remote centralized control and unattended operation there.
